This next song has a nice beat, features young people, but it’s just the type of garbage you don’t want your kids to listen to. The song is called Tie Me Down and it’s all about these two young guys singing about how a girl isn’t going to tie him to her. Oh no, they’ve got other girls to check out (and there are many in the video) and no time to be ‘tied down’. Also featured in the video is Ray J, you know, the guy who just completed two seasons of For the love of Ray J – supposedly looking to be just that, tied down.
Guess you can’t believe everything you see on t.v. Still, black people can we do better than this please.
